Key Responsibilities:

  • As the primary point of contact, you will expertly communicate available options, rates, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.

  • Rate Management: Effectively manage and distribute rates through our Channel Manager, ensuring optimal pricing and availability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
  • Familiarity with Hotsoft booking system is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • A competitive rate of €15.00 Per Hour.
