Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

The Front Office Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established protocols regarding health and safety, customer care, and security.
  • Ensure accurate registration and checking out of guests, following established procedures.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with sales procedures and promotions.
  • Monitor management accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide superior customer service, responding to guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Skills
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent hospitality and communication skills.
