About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
  2. Change bed linen, replenish towels and amenities, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the property.
  3. Follow health & safety procedures when using cleaning supplies and equipment, prioritizing the well-being of both guests and colleagues.
  4. Report any maintenance issues promptly, helping to prevent disruptions to our services.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and order in housekeeping storage areas, keeping our facilities organized and efficient.
  6. Work efficiently to meet daily targets, striving for excellence in guest satisfaction and experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Guest Services Coordinator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  2. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  3. Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  5. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, with safe handling practices and adherence to health and safety protocols.
