We are seeking an Accommodation Services Director to lead our renowned accommodation team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the team to achieve high levels of performance and customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will coordinate the efficient running of the Accommodation department, ensuring guest care and comfort are delivered. This includes managing budgets and forecasts within the accommodation department, as well as managing the team to ensure standards are in place and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize departmental performance.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent results.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in managing a hotel accommodation department is essential.
  • Working knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
