Job Title: Accommodation Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in bedrooms, public areas, and linen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas, and public spaces to a high standard using approved chemicals and equipment.
  • Ensure bed linen and towels are changed according to the agreed schedule and standard.
  • Keep accommodation trolleys, caddies, and storage presses organized, cleaned, and stocked.
  • Identify and return guest property left behind to the Accommodation Manager.
  • Communicate with the Accommodation Manager regarding materials and equipment needs.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and participate in training and meetings to improve performance levels.
  • Adhere to customer relations policies and communicate hotel services to guests.
  • Respond to customer complaints and report incidents to the manager.
  • Arrive on time, wear a clean uniform, and maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.

The successful candidate will be a team player who takes pride in their work and maintains the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A background in hospitality or a related field would be beneficial.
