Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

Lilly is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations, system administration, and security operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging and resolving incidents, problems, and operational issues across security platforms. This includes performing root cause analysis, implementing workarounds, and preventive measures.

Additionally, the Cybersecurity Operations Specialist will provide Tier 1/2 support for routine tasks such as deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades. They will also execute operational runbooks, maintenance activities, and health checks across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with certifications like A+, Network+, Security+ etc. Hands-on technical experience with scripting abilities in languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash for automation tasks is essential.
