The Role

This is a customer-facing position as a Product Support Engineer to assist clients with technical issues related to our products on the Insider Threat Management Platform. This includes responding to support requests and assisting via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues.

  • Responding to technical support tickets and providing remote assistance to customers
  • Collaborating with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues within established guidelines
  • Managing product escalations and serving as a liaison between clients and various levels of support
  • Installing and upgrading software related to this product area
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting ticket issues related to software, networking, and hardware
  • Documenting work in the ticketing system
Requirements

To be successful, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Escalation Support Engineer
  • Knowledge of hardware and networking systems
  • Knowledge of operating systems, web services, and APIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fast thinking and strong diagnostic skills
  • Experience with at least one from each of the following categories: Virtualization, Networking, Storage, OS's, WEB, SQL
