Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to lead our security and privacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust security controls across infrastructure, applications, and data, including access control, change management, and incident response.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans across all products.
  • Analyze feature changes across key product modules to ensure safe and reliable user experiences.
  • Conduct thorough cyber and privacy risk assessments, including risk evaluations, impact assessments, and governance reviews.
  • Design remediation plans to address identified risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain privacy-by-design frameworks, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and emerging AI-related regulations.
  • Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from collection to deletion, and cross-border transfers.
  • Identify gaps in security and maintain an integrated risk register.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity strategy, assessments, and controls implementation.
  • A strong background in privacy impact assessments and compliance.
  • Proven experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001 / ISO 27701, and NIST Privacy Framework.
  • Familiarity with international privacy laws and regulations.
