Advanced Nutrition Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Nutrition Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the development of comprehensive care plans for patients with cardio-metabolic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on advanced nutrition topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in nutrition or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an advanced nutrition specialist.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cases and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
