About the Opportunity

This senior property management position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our housing association's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and management of the housing association, including strategic planning and team supervision.
  • Regulatory compliance and risk management, with focus on quality assurance and control.
  • Team leadership and development, emphasizing employee engagement and retention.
  • Property portfolio management, involving inspections, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and community groups.
  • Reporting and budgeting, utilizing financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective teamwork and coordination.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Third-level qualification in property, construction, or related field (NFQ7) or equivalent degree and experience in property management.
  • Senior management experience in property or tenancy management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong budget management skills, including tenancy income and revenue forecasting.
  • Knowledge of EU/UK-based building-related contract procedures and regulations.
  • Project management and administration expertise, with experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fully qualified driver's license, with adaptability to changing circumstances.
