The Events Executive will have responsibility for their own in-person and virtual events while also supporting the rest of the team with their events. This is a great opportunity to progress your career in a top-tier law firm based in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will have a strong history in event & hospitality management, with experience of managing agencies / external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organisation, set up and execution of seminars, corporate hospitality, and client entertainment events.
  • Managing external agency / supplier relationships in the delivery of selected events.
  • Reviewing and sourcing corporate sponsorship opportunities and management of high-profile membership activities.
  • Manage all the invoices, payments and ad-hoc requests relating to events.
  • Maintaining client attendance data on the CRM system; and all event budget planning and consolidation within the firms document management system.
