About the Role
We are looking for a talented Gamification Expert to join our Product Team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the strategy for gamification and loyalty initiatives, utilising your expertise in the iGaming industry and ability to gather customer insights and analyse market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product leadership and the product vision, goals, and strategy.
- Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs).
- Prioritise features based on business value and customer impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to deliver high-quality products.
Your Experience and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have 2+ years experience within an iGaming organisation and a positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to balance strategic and tactical initiatives. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
