Job Description

As a Building Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of construction planning experience.

  • Produce high-quality programmes that meet Company and Client expectations;
  • Liaise with external customers and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery;
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sales and support teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects;
  • Regularly review and report on project progress to management teams;
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and resolve any planning issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on Civils/Utilities projects;
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
