We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team in York.

In this role, you will provide professional construction programming support to help us deliver building solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing integrated programmes to support work-winning activities and live projects
  • Updating project programmes to reflect progress and changes in the build sequence
  • Conducting site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes
  • Ensuring accurate progress reporting through interrogation of provided information
  • Analysing critical paths and key milestones to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Construction experience and knowledge of how buildings are constructed

Proficiency in producing programmes and using Asta Powerproject planning software

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a valid driving license for occasional travel

Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in fast-paced environments
