The Residential Programme Coordinator role is responsible for generating and reviewing detailed master construction programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date programme information
  2. Providing data to support programme progress and reporting
  3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  4. Collaborating with project teams to achieve demanding time and quality targets

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Level 8 degree in Engineering/Construction related education or equivalent
  • Relevant construction experience, preferably residential
  • Experience in programming software and scheduling would be an advantage
