We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. This is a one-year contract role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling payroll-related reports and summaries for management, as required. In addition, the Payroll Analyst will participate in month-end and year-end payroll processes and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Basic understanding of payroll regulation and taxation in Ireland and the UK (knowledge of other countries considered an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
