Payroll Specialist Our client located in South County Dublin is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their established team in a specialised accountancy firm.
Their firm specialises in providing tailored financial and payroll services to their portfolio of clients.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage end-to-end payroll processing in a supportive and professional environment, while contributing to the continued growth and success of our client-focused practice.
For You: Full-time permanent role.
40-50k DOE.
Located in South County Dublin Flexible working hours and WFH options.
Located in South County Dublin.
20 days annual leave.
Key Duties: Processing clients monthly, fortnightly, and weekly payrolls from start to finish.
Calculation of holiday and bank pay for clients employees.
Submit payrolls to revenue's online system ROS.
Submit clients employees expenses reports to Revenue.
Accurately update employee records and calculate statutory payments & deductions.
Supporting the gathering of information for cashflow reporting.
Respond efficiently to all queries from clients via email and telephone.
Perform ad-hoc payroll analysis and reports as required.
Supporting the wider need as needed.
Key Requirements: Previous hands on experience with Payroll.
IT savy and working knowledge of Brightpay.
Sage experience desirable.
IPASS Qualification required.
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
Team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
