We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll processes in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time with minimal errors.
  • Create, update and maintain accurate employee payroll records for seamless access.
  • Ensure timely Payroll Submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports to departments and the accounts team.
  • Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department concerning new starters, transfers or leavers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years previous payroll experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualification such as IPASS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience using payroll systems like TMS, Europay, Sage Micropay or similar.
  • Familiarity with ROS and EFT processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently when required and prioritize tasks efficiently.
