Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's food and beverage outlets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering a high standard of service consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of food and beverage operations
- Supervise and train Bar staff to maintain high service standards
- Schedule, roster, and manage team performance
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle guest queries and resolve any service-related issues in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, and banqueting services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Salary: Up to €35,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
