About the Role

Zoetis Spain Sl is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Head of Communications and Strategy. This individual will lead key executive communications on behalf of Zoetis' CMO, serving as a strategic business partner to the GCD team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a global-matrix organization, with a strong understanding of different regulatory environments and cultural considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end executive communications plan for CMO for external and internal audiences.
  • Foster ongoing engagement across Zoetis medical team and identify opportunities to amplify initiatives and programs aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with GCD to develop comprehensive plans to support product milestones through public relations.
  • Develop audience-based plans to amplify regulatory and data milestones with an enterprise viewpoint.
  • Contribute to GCD product campaigns to develop engaging materials and toolkits for local market use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, English or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience and demonstrated skills in developing, managing and delivering internal and external communication strategies and plans in a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and develop strategic communication plans to support those goals.
