Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking and finance, with a strong passion for the industry and demonstrated interest in financial markets.
  • Academic Excellence: Proven academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Spanish or French) at a business/intermediate level is desirable.
