Infrastructure Transformation Specialist

At Bentley Systems, we are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and digital transformation in the infrastructure sector.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales initiatives to help leading organizations adopt cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue revenue growth through tailored sales campaigns that highlight outcomes and business impact.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Translate industry challenges into compelling value propositions using Bentley's innovative software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Bentley at key industry events and user engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, engineering consultancy, or solution-based selling within transportation, utilities, or public infrastructure sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with geotechnical and civil design tools such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, gINT, or equivalent.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to lead technical discussions, and fluency in English.
