Senior Geotechnics Lead

Lead geotechnical design for projects across various sectors, managing junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical input on geotechnical design and construction.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead geotechnical design projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
- Manage and develop junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their careers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive project solutions, incorporating geotechnical expertise into construction planning.
Contribute to ongoing professional development, promoting technical excellence within the team and driving innovation in geotechnical engineering.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering or Soil Mechanics is an advantage.
- Ideal candidate should be working towards Chartered status with a professional engineering organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical design and/or construction, with strong understanding of deep excavations, foundations, earthworks, slope stability and soft ground solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, planning, organizational and time-management skills are essential.
