We are seeking an experienced legal professional to support our senior partners in commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to assigned solicitors, including typing letters, memos, and reports.
- Enter conflict information into the system for running conflict checks and opening new matters.
- Submit check request forms when filing motions.
- Electronically file motions with the appropriate court system.
- Provide documentation to clients and opposing counsel.
- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain a filing system for all solicitor and client work.
- 3-5 years of experience as a legal administrator or secretary in commercial litigation.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
