Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned real estate expert to join our team as Senior Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our properties across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real Estate Management: Oversee the management of our properties, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Manage key lease dates, financial terms, and revenue shares to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day operations, prioritize assignments, and review workload reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business, finance, law).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in wireless communication industry and/or real estate.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and organizational skills, proficient in MS Office suite products, and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
