Product Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused Product Compliance Specialist to maintain product specifications and technical documentation in the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product specifications and technical documentation
  • Approve artwork and labelling in line with legal requirements
  • Liaise with Sales, Suppliers, and Customers on all technical matters
  • Support the supplier approval process and manage traceability documentation
  • Participate in audits and site visits, and assist with technical project work

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years' experience in a technical/QA role within food manufacturing
  • Proven experience in spec writing and label compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with online retailer spec systems is a plus
