Deli Supervisor Role

We are seeking a Deli Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our deli. This hands-on role involves supervising the team, preparing fresh meals, and leading in delivering high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support the deli team to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  2. Prepare and cook fresh meals daily using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
  3. Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
  5. Assist in menu planning and introduce new meal ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
  6. Provide training and motivation to deli staff.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food.
  • Previous experience in a deli, kitchen, or food preparation environment (supervisory experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
