Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Associate to join our team. As a Quality Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Quality functions.

  • You will work closely with the Site Quality Head and other members of the Quality team to drive a strong quality culture on site.
  • You will ensure that all processes within the quality Operations remit comply with the Quality Management System through the provision of quality data.
  • You will play a key role in planning and participating in audits with customers and other third parties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their skills and knowledge in quality assurance. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your problem-solving skills and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the quality team to drive a strong quality culture on site.
  • Ensuring that all processes within the quality Operations remit comply with the Quality Management System.
  • Playing a key role in planning and participating in audits with customers and other third parties.
  • Working collaboratively with the Production Manager and wider team to ensure quality operations requirements are fully resourced at a shift level.
Requirements:
  • High academic record to date and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree in relative discipline.
  • Record of high achievement and delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven self-starter with the drive and desire to succeed.
