Join Our Quality Team

As a quality associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Our quality team is responsible for reducing defects and improving processes to drive a 'Right First Time' culture.

Responsibilities
  • Implement site-wide KPIs relating to quality, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
  • Support the quality team to drive a strong quality culture on site
  • Ensure all processes within the quality Operations remit comply with the Quality Management System through quality data provision
  • Participate in audits with customers and other third parties
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and wider team to ensure quality operations requirements are fully resourced at a shift level to deliver on plant in process, sampling, and testing schedules
  • Oversee and support site/area RCAs for all process deviations
  • Ensure effective CAPA implementation and verification
  • Maintain customer product specifications/certifications and support final product grading
  • Support audit quality practices and processes within the site focusing on prevention of deviations
  • Contribute to on-going development of best-in-class standards across the organisation as part of the Tirlán Quality community
Requirements
  • High academic record and minimum 2.2 honours degree in relative discipline
  • Record of high achievement and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven self-starter with drive and desire to succeed
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Must have access to car to get to our site
