Associate Scientist Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Scientist to join our team in the field of pharmaceutical development. As an Associate Scientist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new medicines and therapies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory work in support of analytical testing of pharmaceutical projects. This will include using various analytical methodologies such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and experiments to support drug development.">
  • Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods to ensure high-quality results.">
  • Support the release of raw materials and intermediates to ensure timely project delivery.">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of experimental results.">
  • Collaborate with project team members to present data and review technical reports.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • BSc in a relevant scientific discipline, preferably with experience in a GMP lab environment or academic research.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot instruments.">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Familiarity with electronic lab notebooks, software, and information systems (e.g. Empower/OpenLab, LIMS).">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Proficiency in safe laboratory practices, with knowledge of regulatory requirements.">
  • Desirable: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, method development, and working in a regulated environment.">
  • Desirable: Knowledge of chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, HPLC-MS), vibrational spectroscopy (NIR, IR, Raman, UV-Vis).">
