About the Role

As a Research Scientist, you will be at the forefront of driving scientific excellence and innovation within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cutting-edge research projects that aim to deliver breakthroughs in drug discovery and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your analytical expertise to design and implement experiments that drive insight into complex biological systems.
  • Develop and validate advanced analytical methods to support the characterization of pharmaceutical compounds.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data and results.
  • Demonstrate expertise in chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, HPLC-MS) and spectroscopy methodologies.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project milestones under general supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and experimental records.
  • Communicate complex scientific concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP lab environment or an academic/industrial research lab.
  • Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and practices.
  • Experience working with electronic lab notebooks and other software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in method development and validation.
  • Familiarity with LIMS and other data management systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical testing.
