Job Title: Cleaning Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to oversee all cleaning operations on-site, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Supervision: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily cleaning activities across the site, overseeing a team of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
  • Cleaning Standards: Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and corrective actions taken, as well as order, manage, and monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant guidelines, liaising with site management and other departments to coordinate cleaning activities without disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Effective time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a cleaning coordinator role, preferably in a large or high-traffic facility.
  • Certifications: Health & Safety certification(s) desirable (e.g., Manual Handling, Fire Safety, First Aid).
