Quality Assurance Expert

We seek a Quality Assurance Expert for a full-time role in Galway to support our continued expansion.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a culture of excellence within the project.
  • Providing regular quality reports with root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Inspecting rework of non-conformances and ensuring satisfactory completion.
  • Evaluating works against mock-ups and first-of-a-kind products.
  • Liaising with site and installation teams to review quality processes and ensure compliance.
  • Developing quality management plans and creating inspection and test plans (ITPs).
  • Implementing inspection and test reports (ITRs) and auditing processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Carrying out daily ITRs via Procore Platform and verifying quality site activities comply with codes and standards.
  • Providing progress information for project reports and ensuring quality records, acceptance certificates, and documentation meet project requirements.
  • Managing BCAR, weekly notifications, daily inspections, and chairing meetings with assigned certifiers.
  • Compiling completion certificates and ancillary certificates, tracking handover documentation prior to PC, and managing BREEAM certification process after training.
  • Tracking open compliance issues to ensure closure and maintaining safety on site.
