About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team as a Design Lead. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-end projects across the pharmaceutical and data centre sectors.

As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the design process, managing technical deliverables, and maintaining standards. You will also be working closely with the project management teams to ensure smooth handovers and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the design team delivers high-quality drawings and documents, liaising with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met, reviewing specifications and documents to ensure timely delivery, and proposing cost-effective solutions while meeting specifications.

Required skills and qualifications include a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or equivalent, minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, BIM qualification desired, strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency, organized with a high attention to detail, and project management qualification/diploma or equivalent desired.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of design software, including Revit and Navisworks, and be able to lead the design team to deliver high-quality results.
