Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our procurement activities from start to finish, ensuring the best global purchase decisions that meet our objectives. This role involves coordinating activities and resources, working with partners to execute contracts, and ensuring IT, Regulatory and Global Compliance.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of a project from project planning, coordinating internal and external resources, and reporting to key stakeholders. You will also establish budgets and manage exceptions, resolve contractual matters, and support project managers through all contracting matters.

In addition, you will ensure compliance for all Global Clearance and Import /Export legal requirements and facilitate work between sourcing, Legal, and other project partners.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology-related field.
  • Experience with project management tools, global procurement, and/or contract Management.
  • Analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Developed reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions.
