Job Overview

The role of Electrical Turnover Lead is to oversee the planning, management, and coordination of all testing, turnover, and commissioning activities within various projects. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive testing protocols and quality control measures to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Identify and address any quality control or technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with 8+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
