Site Agent Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a large Civil Engineering project in Limerick.

About the Role:
  • Maximise contract performance by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Support Project Managers in delivering successful projects.
  • Coordinate with works, Foremen, and Site engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement programmes, RAMS, Method statements, ITPs in line with Company procedures.
  • Lead daily white board meetings to review project progress.
  • Collaborate with Procurement teams to plan and execute procurement activities.
  • Produce regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer.
  • Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems effectively.
  • Capacity to demonstrate positive behaviours and lead the team to achieve company values.
