Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors for a large-scale Contractor in Limerick.
The company has been at the forefront of the contracting market for a long time, and their knowledge of this industry is renowned. They specialise in large scale projects all over Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the working team remains high. Due to a significant upscaling, we are looking for a fresh candidate to fill a new role.
To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the following:
- A Level 8 degree in a related field;
- Professional experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress;
- Vast knowledge of types of main building projects;
