Key Responsibilities
A Guest Services Manager is a key professional responsible for the smooth running of the front desk, ensuring seamless interaction between guests and hotel departments.
The ideal candidate will be expected to welcome guests in a friendly manner, monitor guest satisfaction surveys, resolve client disputes and complaints professionally, and adhere to guidelines issued by the management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
