Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring a seamless check-in experience, and providing personalized attention to all visitors.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our front office team, working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of hospitality and exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for managing front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

To succeed as a Front Desk Manager, you will require excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a solid understanding of hotel operations and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Manage front desk operations, including room assignments, key management, and guest communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel occupancy
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and support to guests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
