Job Summary:
Guest Service Supervisor RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Guest Service Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Up hold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and conduct.
- Accurately maintain records of registration and payment information.

- Liaising effectively with internal teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service within the front desk team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures and protocols.
- Proficient communication skills, with English proficiency preferred.
- Able to remain composed under pressure and handle stressful situations with tact and understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
