Product Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Leader to spearhead our end-to-end product development process.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential. Your expertise in formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems will enable us to deliver breakthrough products that meet the highest standards across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own our product pipeline - develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy.
  • Lead formulation strategy - collaborate with world-class labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver innovative products.
  • Bridge art and science - blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor to ensure each product is both market-leading and legally compliant.
  • Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews - ensure all formulations meet the highest standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Developed top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space.
  • Deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems.
  • Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.) and ability to navigate them confidently.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
