As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will scale paid search and social programs across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to drive full-funnel performance, generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and uncovering new growth opportunities.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise in paid search and social execution, ABM targeting, and performance optimization.

  • Own and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Manage paid search in partnership with our agency.
  • Track and analyze performance across channels.
  • Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals.
  • Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
