Key Responsibilities

This role involves developing and implementing pricing strategies for various services. You will utilize advanced analytical skills to drive financial performance while being responsible for pricing, content optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Raise the effectiveness of pricing algorithms and models by leveraging statistical and machine learning tools.
  • Analyze large data sets using advanced analytics tools to enhance pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, providing recommendations to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing enhancements.

Reporting Requirements: Regularly report on pricing performance and provide insights to support business goals.

Requirements
  • Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pricing or data analytics role, preferably within the travel or eCommerce industry.
Tech Skills
  • Deep expertise in pricing algorithms, yield management, and data analytics.
  • Advanced data analysis and proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical methods for pricing and yield management.
  • Familiarity with econometric models and their application in pricing strategy.
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
