Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our site engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development and implementation of automation systems that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with experience working with Siemens PLCs and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline is required, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Develop and implement automation systems to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain and manage all aspects of the Plant Batching System, manufacturing communication network, and Predictive Control System.
  • Oversee maintenance of Medium Voltage Equipment and Manage Manufacturing UPS Systems.
  • Monitor and analyse trends in OSI PI, SCADA, etc., and consult and adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and schedule work according to plant demand and available workforce, ensuring all employees and contractors are fully familiar with safety rules and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline.

5+ years relevant experience in Automation engineering.

Experience working with Siemens PLCs is essential.

Experience working on ignition (SCADA) would be highly advantageous.
