Administrative Document Specialist

Job Overview:
The Document Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of document control within our construction company. This position requires an individual with experience in document management, who can effectively process and maintain documents according to project-specific procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing documents, adhering to local project procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team as needed, which may include tasks such as photocopying, collating reports, supporting senior management meeting requirements, and maintaining a contacts list.
- Utilize Procore software or similar Document Management Systems to process various documents on a daily basis, including transmittals, RFI's, technical queries, letters, drawings, reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and method statements.
- Serve as a point of contact for the project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Document Control position.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and plans.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Detailed attention and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent time management and administration skills.
- Flexible working nature, accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
