About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Care Specialist in a residential service for vulnerable young people.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, and promoting their independence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help residents build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent.
  • Full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland).
  • Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
