Dental Nurse Position

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Job Description:
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including orthodontic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide chairside assistance skills, anticipating the needs of patients and providing support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed dental charting and treatment notes.
- Decontaminate and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment.
- Ensure adherence to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized dental surgery.
- Record accurate patient information, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent patient care skills, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse in a clinic environment is an advantage.
