Job Overview

The Senior Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex residential or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all engineering aspects of the construction site ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and provide technical support to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Manage accurate site records, reports, and documentation for effective project management.
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues and meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site engineering role, preferably at senior level.
  • Proven experience working on residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
