Bio Science Professional Wanted
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Life Science team in Cork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruitment sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting clients, and maintaining consistent communication.
- Negotiate rates and business terms with new clients.
- Pitch the recruitment service offering and present it to current and prospective clients.
- Play a vital role in increasing revenue potential by winning new jobs and delivering on the service offering.
- Maintain a full and active pipeline of talent for speculative selling and job filling candidate sourcing, screening, interview preparation, and coaching throughout the process.
- Influence and guide candidates and clients on trends across the Bio Science sector.
- Attend networking events and promote the company's services.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a recruitment agency working on a technical desk.
- Experience recruiting within a technical division but open to other industries.
- Experience managing temporary and contracting candidates.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
